Meet Mallory Baird

Mallory Baird is a San Antonio luxury REALTOR® and Broker Associate with Phyllis Browning Company, a member of Luxury Portfolio International®. Licensed in Texas since 2007, she has more than 19 years of experience representing buyers and sellers of distinctive properties throughout San Antonio.

Mallory has particular expertise in Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Olmos Park, Monte Vista, and King William. Her specialties include luxury listing representation, luxury buyer representation, historic homes, architecturally significant residences, and private and off-market sales. Her longstanding market relationships and detailed neighborhood knowledge provide clients with informed guidance and access to properties that may never be publicly listed. Mallory serves on the board of the Monte Vista Historical Association and is president of the Landa Gardens Conservancy, where she has served on the board for five years.
